Looks like the guys at symantec may be fed up with not giving answers. They have not really answered any posts on the dicussion groups since 27th Feb
Probably just backlogged a few days… they have been answering questions,

No symantec action on the 10.02 group since feb 27
Well, I not disputing that they haven’t answered messages since Feb 27…that’s a 4 day backlog since they don’t answer messages on the weekend. They’ve probably switched resources to another product (like AntiVirus) when they are busy there.
Looks like Support for WinFax is now outsourced, and is not offered by Symantec at all. If you look at the signatures, they now consider themselves “Symantec Authorized Technical Support.”
