    How can I update my winfax pro 10.02 to 10.03? according to symantec’s website, they say that live update will do it. Live update says that all of my software is up to date, yet it still says it is 10.02. I need fax sharing. I guess I can try the work around, but it would be easier if a patch would do it. any help or advice?

    There is no patch to update 10.02 to version 10.03. You may need to contact symantec and obtain version 10.03 from CD ROM directly from them. Once you obtain version 10.03, you can download version 10.04 patch which addresses some Fax sharing issues with Windows XP.
