    Anybody know how to slove problem ? during install in step creating winfax printer driver It’s cann’t install after that winfax pro hang .

    Are there any specific error messages?

    Check your Event Viewer. Anything in there?

    Do you already have a printer installed in Windows? Try installing any HP LaserJet type printer driver in Windows (even if you don’t have one) and then try installing WinFax.
