I am trying to install Winfax Client on the network to talk with an existing WinFax server. Version is 10.02. On one machine, setup will initialize and complete just fine, then on another machine, it will not even start up – gives the hourglass for a few seconds, then… NOTHING. All machines are running WinXP Pro, some with SP2 and some not. Is this the issue, or is something else up? I’m about ready to make myself bald!!!

try copying the install disk to the hard drive
install from there.

If that still fails, make sure you delete all temporary files
and close down all other apps that may be running (or hung in Task Manager)
