    When I selected Manual Receive Now, marked a message, and clicked Receive Now, I can not find the message copied to Receive Log. Do I have to change any configuration such as IP address, CS ID?

    I have a separate computer for Winfax server, and I access it from my workstation with the same version (Winfax 10.03) installed.

    Your logs may require rebuilding/optimizing – see the instructions on rebuilding phonebooks/log files.

    New items in the receive log should appear in bold, plus you should see the number of new events in ( ) beside the Receive Log.
