Now, I am using WinFax Pro with a Bell phone line. How could I add another phone line (IP) ? Does WinFax support multiple Modem ?

WinFax will support up to 2 modems using TAPI/Com port, I recommend two different modems. Do not use two “software” based or “Winmodems” on the same PC. Also stay away from “USB” type modems.

Recommended types:
Hardware based internal modems (avoid cheaper software based modems)
External Serial Port only modems (RS-232 9 pin or 25 pin type, not USB)

as for using IP (internet) to send faxes, WinFax only supports Concord service provider for internet faxing. It is not free, http://www.concordfax.com for details.

same setup as one modem,should both appear under Modems and Communications devices settings
