Is there a way that I can confirm that I will receive a notification when a reply is posted? I received a response but did not get notification until I checked 3 days later. In the past this used to work very well.

I did check the “Notify me…” box at the bottom.

your e-mail provider is blocking delivery of the message.You can try using a different e-mail address — gmail, yahoo, comcast, hotmail accounts usually have this problem.
