Amazingly, I have XP and Winfax 10.2 actually works. However, I have my regular contacts and a subfolder for business contacts. I am unable to get Winfax to recognize this subfolder. I once read that there was a way to do it but I do not remember and cannot find it.

I could not get sub-folders to work with WinFax pRO 10.03 , check this thread as it has some suggestions but I am not sure if this will work or not for you.

I tried it and it did not work. I know there is some way to edit something I think they call the MAPI folder…but I don’t remember. Is there any advantage in upgrading to 10.3

If your using Windows XP, I’d recommend contacting symantec and getting a free update to 10.03
