Dear all,

Our user sent fax to the winfax pro 10 server from their work stations(fax sharing). Sometimes, some faxes just stay on the outbox queue ocassionally.If I have to delete the fax from the outbox queue and resend the fax, it do the same thing, just stay still at the outbox quene.

The only way is delete the fax from the outbox queue and re-create a new fax with the same attachment in order to send out fax. Anyone has experience this wired thing?

usually this is a time/date setting problem when using Host Sharing. Just make sure your time/date of the sent fax on the client is not behind the host time/date.
