    Support from Symantec is now limited to email only one-on-one support. All other products from Symantec continue to have a forum based free support system.

    I posted successfully there this morning…is there an eta on when it goes away?

    Did you post in the WinFax support area? or WinFax SDK? The SDK area is an open forum, and is not supported by Symantec — they left that as-is. The support forums for the product have been set to read-only.

    support is contracted out by a company called Spectrum. At least that is who is responding to questions
