When I go to program setup, fax sharing client and I click on Winfax Pro sharing and click to activate, I get the message to start the winfax pro configuration wizard and I click on YES, NOTHING HAPPENS. I tried the Properties, button and the same thing occurs. Why can’t I enter the the wizard to set the ip of the host???

Have you tried downloading our WinFax Tools program ?
Perform the “Fix Entry Problem” fix

I looked at the program and the fix entry program says that it is for the phone book and that is NOT where I am having the problem. I am having the problem where I am to enter the HOST name or IP address… As soon as I tab or click on anything, that window closes.

Fix Entry Problem fix is for all areas where you cannot enter data, usually this is any number such as fax number, area code, CSID or IP Address.
