    Help Please. Using Winfax 10.02 and Windows XP Pro.
    Failed incoming fax shows as still being received (with lightning icon). It can’t be deleted and any subsequent incoming calls fail to connect properly and just adds to the list. How can I delete failed faxes from log and how can I stop it from recurring. Thanks

    The first suggestion would be to drag and drop the item into the wastebasket. If that does not work, you may need to rebuild your log files. (Search for rebuild here ) and you will find steps to perform this.
