    Hi,

    I have Winfax 10.03 on Server 2003 with a rule to forward faxes received to [email][email protected].[/email] It all works well but suddenly every 3 hours or so it will just stop forwarding. Rebooting the server / services / or recreating the rule resolves the issues for another 3 hours. Nothing noticeable in event log. has anyone come across this before?

    Does the rule only forward using e-mail? are you using Outlook to forward the email, or SMTP?
    rules are stored in a file called WFXRULES.DAT, check to see if that file has been modified/corrupted after it stops working by comparing the size of the file (before and after)

    Uninstall and renistall fixed.
