Got winfax installed last week, after your help.

But now the problem is that the program freezes, I cannot get it to open no matter what I do.

I have tried to open it every way I can. But it just freezes.

Any ideas?

there are two components to WinFax, there is the Controller and the Fax manager. Opening the Fax Manager will open both the controller and the fax Manager, opening the Controller will only load WinFax into the task bar (yellow icon in task bar)

when does WinFax freeze? when you start the controller, or when you start Fax Manager?

Mine is freezing too, when I open Fax Manager.

You can try this:
Download winfaxtoolsfull.exe and click on the “Set Default Fax View” button, then try starting Fax Manager
