    I am creating PDF files from access reports, then either attaching to an email, or faxing to the customer. I am using Windows NT 4.0, Access 97, and Winfax PRO 10.0. For the most part it is working fine, but after several faxes, I will get the message “Converting to Winfax Image”, and it will just hang. I’ve seen previous messages stating that the problem is associated with XP, but that is not my issue here. I’m trying to have this as automated as possible, so it does not need to be monitored all the time, any assistance would be appreciated.

    Are you allowing WinFax enough time to generate the fax image from the PDF file ? It is likely a code problem

    I found that if I started the message manager, and left it open while I did my processing, the converting to fax image hang problem went away. I don’t know why this is, but it has been working fine as long as the message manager is open.
