This problem can be solved with a subscription to WinFax Tools.
Instructions:
Download latest WinFax Tools program and start program.
Click Check for Updates (download updates if available)
In Main WinFax Tools Window, Click “Fix Entry Problem” button.
Follow steps 1-3 outlined in dialog box that appears.
Click OK to confirm in all open dialog boxes.
Exit WinFax Tools.
Reboot Computer.
Test WinFax PRO.

WinFax PRO hangs or shuts down
