    Hello all,

    I am unable to get the Winfax 10.2 log folder included in my Outook 2000 folder list in a Windows XP environment.

    I have gone to Tools/Services/Add in Outlook and Winfax is not listed as an available service. I have also been to the Symantec knowledge base and edited the mapisvc.inf file per the instructions. Doesn’t work.

    Any thoughts?

    Did you install WinFax after or before the installation of Outlook 2000?

    OL first, then WF.
