It seems that my Winfax phonebooks are identical to each other and when I click on one of the phonebooks, the name of that phonebook will change to another phonebook name but they have the same contacts. If I get out of Winfax and back in, the same thing happens.
click on the phonebook name, then right-click, and select PROPERTIES. In the Path field, there should be a filename such as MY-PH-BK
Repeat for the 2nd phonebook, does it have the same filename?
If so, then the phonebooks are identical. If not, then you actually have two different phonebooks (one it probably a copy of the 1st phonebook)
