    loaded winfax pro 10.3 with windows xp home edition, keeps looping comes up and says Setup was unable to stop spooler, when you reboot the machine it asks you to fill in the csid etc, can anyone help me

    This should help preventing the Setup from starting at bootup.

    (for Windows XP )

    1. Click START, RUN.
    2. Type “%USERPROFILE%/Start Menu/Programs/Startup” click OK.
    3. Locate and select the “Configuration Wizard”
    4. Delete the “Configuration Wizard” item.

    Make sure you’ve actually completed the setup at least once before before you delete this.
