Is this a deadly combination? I can not seem to find anyone who has this combination working. If this is not possible what steps do I need to do to convert MY-PH-BK files to Outlook Address Book?

You can export your Phonebook files to ascii or dBase format, at that point you can then use the import facility in other applications (like Outlook) to import the data into the application you wish.
As for Windows 2003 server, it is possible to install and use but there may be install problems with the printer driver. You need to turn off the kernel mode blocking of printer drivers in Windows 2003, and then install WinFax.
