It is my understanding that WinFaxPro does not close Acrobat Reader automatically if PDF files are send as attachments, and therefore require a separate application to close Acrobat Reader. Has anyone written this type of utility to close Acrobat Reader or can provide a sample code please.

I wrote some code years ago that would automatically close the WinFax Controller, it used the Windows API function FindWindow and another (can’t remember the actual function name) but if I can dig it up I will post it here. It would be easy enough to change it to close any program, providing you have the Window handle, you can do it.
