Just how does a fax machine work? Who invented it? You’ll be surprised to find out how old the fax machine actually is, and why the technology was so far ahead of its time. Here’s a streaming version of a 1993 British TV series called ‘The Secret Life Of Machines’ written by Tim Hunkin, and presented by Tim Hunkin and Rex Garrod. The series was brilliant in presenting complex machines in a simple and fun way, and they would always blow something up at the end of the episode. The episode was featured in the third and final season, titled “The Secret Life of the Office: The Fax Machine”.
