It seems I payed eur.99,99 for a programm that I not can use. Nowhere in the product information I found that WinFax is NOT compatible with the Dutch version of Windows XP.
I am very disappointed.

I found out that, when I uninstall servicepack 1 and then install WinFax 10,0 it works oke. But when I install servicepack 1 from Windows XP again, the problem is back.

– uninstall Windows XP servicepack 1a
– uninstall WinFax 10.0
– install Windows XP servicepack 1a again
– install WinFax 10.0 again
result with the same error messages!!???

The same result. I give up!!!!! It takes to much time to install all programs again after uninstall servicepack 1.
I buy a normal fax. I lost some money to a wrong software.

Sorry, Time is also money for me, and I am a little bit disappointed in the way of feedback and service of Symantic there no more normal contact possible. So I think it better I am lookin for an other softwarehouse. 😀
