    I did think of another troublesome symptom of the undiagnosed problem; when I clicked on the desktop icon for Talkworks Pro Message Mgr nothing happened. So, I went to the Start/ All programs/Talkworks Pro and the dropdown list of options appeared. These are “controller, install directory, program setup, talkworks pro ans machine, talkworks pro message mgr and talkworks pro telephone. Clicking on any one of the brought nothing to the screen.

    As far as I know it is enabled. I’m 2 hrs away on business, but I’ll check it in the AM. Thanks for the tip. If that doesn’t fix it I’ll be back.
