    Hi
    I have a computer that i had reformat. I have outlook 2003 and winfax. i remember i had trouble before and outlook would hang up and i had to reboot about once a day.
    however, there was something i read here that took me through something with language and it worked.
    i can’t seem to find it now. does anyone have that old post??

    I have just redone my computer and am having this problem with outlook. I fixed it once before when i first bought the computer, but can’t seem to find the fix again? If someone will please either give me the link or reply with the fix I would appreciate it.

    Hi
    thanks for the info. however, when i go to import all i get is PHONE BOOK , LOG , & COVER PAGE. None of which let me import the attachments. is there another import option i am missing?

    Hi
    i have gone to import, but it asks for a file location. i then put the location as the data directory in winfax. what happened is winfax wouldn’t start at all and i read somewhere to delete the status files in the data directory. it worked and i was able to get winfax up and going, but i wasn’t able to backup the logs. the files are all there just individually. any suggestions.
