Does FaxTalk include an OCR feature? How can I convert my fax page to editable text?
FaxTalk does not include a built in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature to convert existing faxes to text readable format.
If you have a compatible Microsoft Office product, you can use the included Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MODI) option to perform an OCR on any TIFF image. FaxTalk can export or save received faxes as TIFF format.
You can also use any third-party OCR software to convert received TIFF fax documents to text format.
