Is technical support included with a fax software purchase?
GetFaxing.com provides support for current versions of FaxTalk software with your purchase directly from the GetFaxing.com Web site. Purchases originating from any other site do not qualify for complimentary support and are available for an additional service fee.
Support options within 180 days of purchase
If you purchased the software directly from GetFaxing.com your purchase includes 180 days of technical support via e-mail at no additional charge. For some support issues within the 180 days, we may provide Remote Support services to you at no additional charge.
Support options for purchases originating outside of GetFaxing.com
Purchases not originating from GetFaxing.com site do not qualify for complimentary support from us. We recommend you contact the original point of purchase for support options or contact us for our optional Remote Support fee based support options.
