When you export a WinFax PRO phonebook to a dBASE DBF format, the dBase DBF file will contain 37 possible database fields from the WinFax phonebook.  Here is a list of the possible fields exported from a WinFax PRO phonebook.

COMPANY       <– company name
CSID          <– caller station id, this is not the fax number but the CSID reported the last time a fax was sent to this contact
LASTNAME      <– contact last name
FIRSTNAME     <– contact first name
TITLE         <– title (Mr. Mrs. etc.)
