Your best bet is going to be a electronic device you place on your phone line. You can do a internet search and purchase one, this is also what Microsoft reccomends….
steveburnetteMemberTry creating a new phonebook, move your fax numbers into it, then delete the existing default phonebook, run the rebuild utility on all Winfax logs and phonebooks.
Note: When you restart Winfax a new default pb will be created.

Solution:
This occurs when messages go through the Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Connector (IMC).The Winmail.dat file contains Exchange Server Rich Text Format (RTF) which is unusable to non-Exchange Servers recipients.
