In some problematic installations of WinFax PRO you’ll find that when you print a fax to the WinFax PRO printer driver, no fax pages are created.  When you attach a document such as PDF, or Microsoft Word DOC file, no pages are generated.  Only a cover page is displayed in the WinFax send dialog window.

If you’re experiencing problems with WinFax PRO where fax pages are not displayed in your send dialog window, you will need to use the “WinFax No Pages fix” button in the automated support tool called WinFax Tools.  This fix is for all versions of WinFax PRO including versions 8.0x ,9.0x, 10.0x and TalkWorks PRO 2.0x and 3. This fix is specific for Windows NT 4.1, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003.

THIS FIX IS NOT FOR ANY OPERATING SYSTEM that is x64 bit, or is later than Windows 2003. (Not compatible with VISTA/WINDOWS 7/8/10)

1. Start WinFax Tools.
2. Click WinFax No Pages Fix button.
3. Click Yes to start the No Pages Fix.
4. Click Yes to check compatibility settings. A message will appear if any compatibility changes were made. Click OK.
5. A message will appear that you can now send a fax in WinFax.
6. You’re done.
